Installation Process
We use a detailed five-step process to install your resin floor:
- Preparation – The existing concrete floor is cleaned and prepared to ensure a smooth base.
- Primer – A layer of primer is applied for proper adhesion.
- Flake – Decorative flakes are added for texture and style.
- Two Coats of Sealant – Finally, two layers of sealant are applied to protect and perfect the finish, resulting in a floor up to 4mm thick.
If your floor is heavily worn or pitted, a scratch coat may be required for a smooth finish. While our system isn’t self-leveling, it effectively covers minor imperfections.
