The first step is to contact us to ask any questions you have on how it all works and to get a ball-park figure for your garage. Or you can look at our Pricing page to get ideas. Once you are happy with this we can arrange for one of our Design Consultants to visit you in your home to find out exactly what you want to do, measure up your space and give you a more exact costing.
Our unique three step appointment process is outlined below.
Garageflex 3 Step Appointment Process
* There may be times when we are unable to leave you with a CAD drawing and quote but we will endeavour to get these to you as soon as possible after your consultation.
What will you receive from the Appointment Process?
Our Design Consultant will leave you with a proposal pack that includes more information, a CAD drawing of your garage design and a quote which is valid for 30 days*. You are welcome to take your time to think over the proposal and contact us if you wish any changes to be made to the design. Once you are ready to arrange a date, we’ll ask for a deposit and confirm a date in our calendar.
How does the installation process work?
Prior to our professional fitting team arriving, we will be in contact to confirm timings, floor colours (if not already decided) and answer any questions you might have. Depending on the size of a garage and how much is being installed, we usually recommend 3-4 days for the installation to be complete. Below you will find a rough guide as to how the work proceeds but this obviously can take more or less time.
When our fitters arrive on the first day for a full makeover they will come and introduce themselves. They will then get to work putting up timber battens onto the walls which the FlexiPanel will ultimately sit on. Depending on how large the space is, FlexiPanel will then start to be added to the walls. We ask that the garage is empty of your belongings and that power is available.
The walls will usually be finished today depending on the size as a triple garage will obviously take more time. Once the walls are finished and if you are having a Tiled Floor, then installation of this can begin or a ceiling may be installed. If you have opted for a Resin Floor, these are normally completed prior to the main team of fitters arriving and will be confirmed to you.
Days 3 and 4:
It is now about completing all areas with trims to tidy things up and installing any storage accessories you have requested such as Cabinets, Bike Racks and Hooks. Before our team go they will always sweep up and clean everything down to ensure you have the perfect garage, ready to start putting your items in.
The office is always on hand to answer any questions you might have and we will always be in touch after the fitting to check that you are happy with the work completed.
