How does the installation process work?
Prior to our professional fitting team arriving, we will be in contact to confirm timings, floor colours (if not already decided) and answer any questions you might have. Depending on the size of a garage and how much is being installed, we usually recommend 3-4 days for the installation to be complete. Below you will find a rough guide as to how the work proceeds but this obviously can take more or less time.
Day 1:
When our fitters arrive on the first day for a full makeover they will come and introduce themselves. Once they have discussed the project with you, they will start work on the walls. We ask that the garage is empty of your belongings and that power is available.
Day 2:
The walls will usually be finished today depending on the size however a triple garage will obviously take more time. Once the walls are finished and if you are having a Tiled Floor, then installation of this can begin or a ceiling may be installed. If you have opted for a Resin Floor, these are normally completed prior to the main team of fitters arriving and will be confirmed to you.
Days 3 and 4:
It is now about completing all areas with trims to tidy things up and installing any storage accessories you have requested such as Cabinets, Bike Racks and Hooks. Before our team go they will always sweep up and clean everything down to ensure you have the perfect garage, ready to start putting your items in.
The office is always on hand to answer any questions you might have and we will always be in touch after the fitting to check that you are happy with the work completed.
