Although the end of March can still be a bit chilly, the warmer weather is on its way. And there’s no time like the present to get your garden tools organised ready for the off.
We have some wonderful storage accessories which can really help you to organise your tools and keep them handy in the garage.
All of our storage accessories mount on the garage wall with the help of either our FlexiPanel (covers the whole wall) or FlexiTrack (single lengths of FlexiPanel). All of the options mentioned below fit on both and are easily clipped in to the grooves.
Let us show you the options.

In-Line Tool Holder

It also has shelving, small hanger hooks and a side tray for storing long handled tools. Takes up to 18kg of weight.

Three great reviews received this week from recent installations.
We are delighted to have helped these customers achieve their vision for the space with them all now being fresh, modern and fit for purpose.
Garage 1: A full garage makeover in Bedfordshire with walls, ceiling and floor installed by our great fitting team of Brett and Matt.
Garage 2: Beautiful green floor tiles installed in this London garage to cover over a crumbling garage floor.

That’s what our customer said about his recent garage makeover that we completed for him!
Having got in touch with us back in late 2021, our Design Consultant Serena Edwards worked alongside the customer to create his dream garage workshop. The project included:

Having just relocated to the UK from China, this family wanted to create more space in the home by turning the garage into a bright utility room and moving the appliances outside.
To help them realise their vision, Design Consultant Abigail Leonard designed the space which included:
– new plumbing
– electrics updated
– wall insulation and panelled with a combination of FlexiPanel and FlexiSmooth
– New cabinets and sink unit installed with a strong oak worktop
– A new roller shutter door replaced the old metal one
– Flooring surface improved with interlocking floor tiles
As you will see from the before photos, the garage was dirty and dusty. However, now it is bright, clean and a utility room to be proud of! Find out more at www.garageflex.co.uk

We often talk about a “complete garage makeover” and how we can transform your garage into a brighter, more usable space. But what does this actually mean?
Some customers get in touch to ask if we do painting, structural work, plastering or asbestos removal which are not areas that we cover. We actually like to think of ourselves as interior designers for your residential garage, focusing on the inside and turning the dark and dusty space into a clean, modern and bespoke space that’s just right for you. With this in mind, let’s take take a look at the different elements that make up our interpretation of a “complete garage makeover” and what each of them includes.
Garage Walls
Depending on the current state of your garage wall you can choose three different options to get the right one for your garage wall.
FlexiPanel covers the entire length of your garage wall from ceiling to floor and its glossy, reflective surface increases light around the garage making it a brighter place to spend time. It gives you a degree of insulation and provides maximum flexibility as our storage hooks, shelves, racks and baskets can all be hooked on and then moved around as and when you want to, simply by slotting into the panel.
FlexiSmooth also covers the entire length of the wall from floor to ceiling. It is glossy and has a reflective surface to make the space light and bright. The significant difference from FlexiPanel is that FlexiSmooth does not allow for any storage accessories to be attached to it. It is purely for a decorative finish so that the dusty brick or blockwork is hidden.
It is a more cost effective finish than FlexiPanel and can make a significant reduction in the overall price.
FlexiTrack are small, singular strips of our FlexiPanel that can be fixed to your garage wall to accommodate many of our storage accessories including baskets and shelves. Unlike FlexiPanel, these strips don’t cover the entire wall but rather a small section. So they are a great solution if you only have a small space to fill and they can be cut to fit the size you have.
Garage Ceiling
The next part of the complete garage makeover puzzle is the garage ceiling. Most garages have open beams which are a haven for spiders and other bugs but with us, you can choose to have your whole ceiling panelled to eliminate draughts and bugs from the space. In addition we have a selection of storage accessories created just for the ceiling and are able to install loft hatches with ladders as well.
Garage Flooring
Whether you want to park your car in your garage, use it for DIY or just for storage, we think every garage deserves a floor that provides a safe environment for all the family, yet looks great too. We have two options when it comes to the garage floor, either our premium range of interlocking floor tiles or our beautifully seamless resin floor coatings. Both offer a robust finish to your garage, come with a 10 year warranty and create the finishing touch to your complete garage makeover.
Installing a Resin Floor in your garage gives a beautifully seamless finish that looks fantastic. Our Methacrylate MMA coating is specially designed for the residential garage and provides the highest quality finish you can buy. It also comes with a ten year warranty.
Our premium range of interlocking floor tiles are an ideal solution for any garage floor. They are a hard wearing solution, come in a variety of colours and have a 10 year warranty.
Garage Doors
There are many reasons our customers decide to get a new garage door fitted, ranging from wanting to stop draughts and leaves to replacing two doors with one so they can finally get their car in the garage. Complete your garage makeover with our range of Roller Shutter or Sectional garage doors and give your property kerb appeal.
To complete your garage makeover, we suggest installing a range of our storage accessories to create a truly bespoke space in your home.
From bike racks and hooks to shelving and workbenches, we have over 80 storage options.

When a customer calls us about our flooring options, one of the main queries is around our MMA resin floor coatings compared to epoxy resin floors and garage floor paint. Our dedicated Flooring Consultant gave us this information and we thought it was so useful that it was worth sharing.
Of course this chart is just a guide and compares the Garageflex MMA resin floor system with standard epoxy coatings and floor paints. But it gives you a good idea of the differences between the products so that you can decide which is the best option for your garage floor.
Now that you know the difference between these various options for your garage floor, you can make an informed decision as to which is the right option for you. Indeed, if you are interested to know more about our resin floors then click here to visit our resin floor page. Alternatively, you can get in touch with us to get a ballpark figure for how much it will cost to lay one of our fantastic resin floors in your garage.

The brief from this customer was to provide lots of storage space after moving into a new home.
The walls have been panelled with our bright FlexiPanel wall panel and will be used for storing bikes, skis and other hobby items. Utilities have been covered with false walls and doors to create a seamless look whilst still being accessible.
Metal Storage Cabinets were a key factor for the customer to store his BBQ items and these will be installed at a later date, creating an island area in the middle of the space.
Finally, our premium range of floor tiles were laid in a raised disk finish.
